STORYTELLING with KAMISHIBAI (Japanese Paper Theatre)

For those of you who are new to Kamishibai (kah-mee-she-bye), this form of storytelling originated in Japan. Most Kamishibai stories consist of several  large sturdy, beautifully illustrated cards. On the back  you can find the story lines

If you wish to take part:
·         You need to fill this form with your group and give it to your English teacher or Language Assistant.
·         You can choose a traditional tale or invent your own story.
·         You need to make drawings to illustrate different scenes (4 to 8), and one more for the title.
·         Write the story lines, and ask for help to get them checked.
·         Rehearse and be ready to tell the story.
